Hi, I'm Sharon Rich, founder of Leadership Incorporated and the Layoff BounceBack program. I spent 25 years in corporate America, over half of that time in leadership/hiring roles. What I liked best about those years was helping people to communicate better, perform better, work together better and stretch into new levels of performance that made them and everyone around them proud and engaged.
Since 2005, that's been my sole purpose as I've worked with people and organizations. At first, my focus was on helping people transition successfully into leadership roles. In the Fall of 2008, when the mass layoffs began, I realized that I had the tools, skills, and resources to help. I started offering free teleseminars to anyone who'd been laid off. Over time I started working directly with people. I ran live workshops. I developed and fine tuned my own approach as we went along, and it worked. Over the past 15 months, I've supported over 100 people in their search for their confidence, dignity and new work.
I am accredited by the International Coach Federation and am an active participant in the organization. I am on the faculty of Coach, Inc. and teach those who wish to bring the best out in others.
